The reporter’s words
Willow tree with crack going up the trunk is slowly falling towards the bridge. Also, branches are so low trucks, busses and motor homes are hitting them. One motor home has damaged there a/c unit from the branches. Please remove tree before it falls on the bridge. I put a job in for the branches on 3/12/2024, job number 5499311. Now that buss and motor homes have hit these branches. Good job of doing nothing.
