I previously sent a snap in regarding pooling water in the gutter/our drive, I believe somewhat related to this tree! But I forgot to mention about how this tree also impedes driveway access for us, it makes it very difficult to get our caravan in and out, as well as branches snapping in winds etc. We do like the tree for street aesthetics and some privacy, however these issues are unfortunately greatly outweighing the negatives!
