Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Monday, 26 May 2025 at 10:22 am, 15 Grantley St, Canterbury, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Good morning Celeste, Another beautiful morning here in New Brighton. If you drive north on Grantley Street towards Bowhill Road intersection you arrive at a stop sign. As you approach this if you look to the left your vision is blinded by a big flax bush. You are unable to see the footpath until you are over it. I myself had a scooter rider try to decorate my bonnet, but I missed him. My neighbour has also had near misses of the school kids. This corner is going to result in injury one day.
