I don't know what know what you call this that I have taken photos of but it's on the corner of Flesher Avenue and Kershaw Place near our fence. I noticed this almost a week ago it was covered in leaves but I clear them out of the way. As you can see I took the lid off to clear it. Can someone please come and check it out ASAP I don't know where it goes to it normally doesn't look like that
