The reporter’s words

Build up of leaves, grass growing in the gutters. Excess water flowing. This has been reported on multiple occasions, and nothing has been done. The road and driveways are starting to break up. There are cars parking on the yellow lines outside of 422 Madras Street because you can't see that they are even there.
