new - citycare turned up today and started work . However they are digging and redoing it at number 3 kaputone instead of my address of number 5!! They said they were given number 3 and it was marked . He also believes that it also to do with the Curb channeling also . This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Jan 19, 2019. My drain is sitting below the curbing channel . Therefor all the rain and silt from the gutters goes into my drain pipe and collects everything there . Also my drain water won’t drain out it as it’s too low . Needs to be ripped up at fixed
