The reporter’s words

In Cashmere View Park. Some areas have been hacked at for no known reason. The plants will not come away again after the trimming they had. The park has not been weeded- the grasses and other plants are growing and filling in the spaces we have cleared for winter planting. This is very disappointing on View of the fact, we supposedly were to get better service. At least then, the weeds were controlled.
