All the way down Elizabeth street near Whanaui Sport Center people are blocking parking spots by putting their bins on the street rather then on the footpath, there about 5 properties that have done this and causing issues for people going to Whanaui finding a park. Something needs to be done about this, I'm sure what place this is as they are a block of flats it has 303/61 on this bin. Hopefully this can be fixed asap
