Hello. I live at 17 Rutherford Street. I would like to propose a traffic resolution for car parking on the street (e.g. yellow lines) as entering and exiting the driveway is dangerous at present. We have raised the issue with CCC and NZTA multiple times and nothing has been done. My neighbour crashed her car exiting the driveway and a more serious accident is inevitable while visibility is so poor. Please advise how I can initiate a traffic resolution - or mirror to improve visibility.
