I’d like to raise an ongoing concern regarding the bin in front of the Kesgrove Vape Shop. It is regularly over-flowing with the litter blowing out, this is of particular concern as the St Albans Creek within a few metres. This is a protected creek with rare eels having been spotted in these parts. This needs to be replaced with a larger and enclosed bin that prevents litter from entering nearby waterways.
