Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Friday, 13 June 2025 at 1:48 pm, 3 Te Korari St, Canterbury, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Marshlands substation, Preston’s Rd. We have been dealing with blackberry growing over our flax plantings. This is on the boundary with a CCC reserve. To combat it, we have had to remove a section of flax to expose the blackberry. Looking back at the council reserve, we can see blackberry on the other side of the council fence. We would like this removed to support our work to control this. It would be difficult to see from the council side so it would be good to show someone from Orion side.
