The reporter’s words
Every time it rains it feels like half of the rubbish and fallen leaves of the street gets collected and block the stormwater drain. If I’m around I would put them in the green bin but if that’s not the case we have people pick up those leaves and throw on top of the lawn to unblock the stormwater drain which is understandable. But because this is happening to frequently it killed one square meter worth grass and its hard to keep up with my green bin every week
