This mans property is a disgrace to the neighbourhood, he has rubbish all over the grass boom and little Reno project seems highly illegal. He has been doing this for years and the council have been notified in the past.... We have property in the street and myself and other neighbours are sick of looking at this mess on public property.... Thanks for your time
