The reporter’s words

Someone has cut the lock on the chain over the access way which runs between the Heathcote river and Thorrington Road. It formerly prevented vehicles coming down the driveway past the house on the left. Subsequently cyclists and potentially motorbikes and cars van drive into this area. It will be safer for everyone and especially pedestrians if this barrier is reinstated. Thanks Jane
