Chain across busy bike path. This is a permanent Chain which significantly impacts bike access between thorrington road and ashgrove Terrace, a busy path. Cycles are forced to use a small, muddy path to the side which is difficult when there are several people e.g. school students in the morning. Bollards would be more suitable than the chain
