There has been a man sleeping and camping out in a tepee style hut made out of drift wood. He has brought more and more of his belongings or has accrued them, they are lying everywhere, there is rubbish everywhere, leaving food out which dogs are getting into (maybe drugs), he is defecating in the dunes where my dog has rolled in it and it was absolutely disgusting to clean her. The beach is not a freedom camp site, let me know if this is a council or police matter to remove him. Thank you
