Council stormwater entirely blocked on hill. Go to 9 Rapaki Road. Go up the long steep driveway on the right side. Go up past the vacant lot on the corner. Past the brown wood garage on the right. Up to the white house on the right. The drains are to the left of the stone carport, as seen in the attached photos.
