It is on council side of the property and is blocking vision for pedestrians, there was a pedestrian vs lime scooter accident which is the main reason for the complaint. Also people have less vision reversing out of there driveways as the the overgrown vegetation is blocking vision of what's coming around the corner. Any help with this matter would be appreciated as its been a big issue.
