Hazard, vehicle
Reported Friday, 4 July 2025 at 11:40 am, 12 Mafeking Street, New Brighton, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Can this carpark be removed and changed to yellow dotted lines/no parking zone? With our street now filling up with cars because of the 30-something new apartments, this park gets used, and it's not big enough for longer cars. It also blocks access to our mailbox and leaves us nowhere for the 4 houses of 10-16 Mafeking St to put our 8 bins on rubbish day. Our driveway often gets blocked when people park here and it is just a real pain. Sincerely, the residents of 10, 12, 14 & 16 Mafeking St.
