The reporter’s words

We walk past this site daily for years and every time it rains there is leaching of oil. This then goes into the gutter and to a drain which does not work as the fall is incorrect causing build up of some organic stuff. So this pollution leaks into the stormwater drains when it gets enough water to help the drain work.
