Multiple signs have been rotated on Cranford Street near the mid-block pedestrian crossing outside English Park. These signs are not secured at the base. Can this please be fixed as it removes the advanced warning to drivers that there is a pedestrian crossing. This issue creates risk for pedestrians. There is also 60 minute parking sign that is damaged.
