The reporter’s words
The council water supply box (Toby) at 37 Hewitts Road, Merivale is leaking and damaging the footpath etc. Causing a hazard. The box itself was full of what seemed to be liquefaction and we removed some to be able to see the Toby. Please investigate and repair the issue as it is rendering the footpath unsafe. And gradually flooding it.
