The reporter’s words
Last Saturday night a man leaving his parents unit here at 7.50pm fell over the traffic island at the entrance to our community. He went to hospital by ambulance and he has fractured his tibia and badly sprained his other ankle. He had an operation to insert pins in his leg. We went out to see him and we could not see him it was that dark. His parents have put three solar light on the island but like the others they will get nicked. Could the Council install a light on the lampost at the gate
