At night, there is a very bright light on the front of the property at 8 Francis Mill Grove in Westmorland which surely doesn't comply with Ccc District Plan rules relating to light spill and affect on residents. It shines in our windows. 6.3.4.1 Permitted activities a. [...] b. [...] a. All fixed exterior lighting shall, as far as practicable, be aimed, adjusted and/or screened to direct lighting away from the windows of habitable spaces...
