The reporter’s words
There are two concrete blocks that were placed by contractors many years ago and never removed. Not only are they falling into disrepair with broken mirrors and rusted poles but they now have graffiti on each side. Would be awesome to have the blocks removed as a solution as they're terrible to have on the walkway
