Damaged Road
Reported Sunday, 20 July 2025 at 12:45 pm, 5 Mallard Place, Woolston, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
A small amount of dry dumped rubbish will cost council to remove it. Can't people just pick it up (with gloves if afraid ) and put it in their rubbish bin . Is it always rates that pay for a small act of tidying ???
