1. Is it ok for these water tankers to be taking water from the fire hydrant during water restrictions? 2. If it is ok to be taking water then is it being used in Christchurch? I thought these trucks were coming in from the Selwyn area. P.s. Not just this company. Seen different kinds of trucks in here all the time.
