I am beside myself with fear. I live opposite Malvern Park and every time I come home there are a number of rats popping in and out of the hedge opposite me. This has gone on for some time and makes living here uncomfortable. I am too afraid to park on that side of the road or even to enjoy the beautiful park. I have been told I can't put bait down but something needs to be done ??
