A property demolished after the 2011 earthquakes has succulents and taupata branches overhanging the road causing vehicles to swing out over the centre line to navigate the corner. We believe the property passed into CCC care. Whatever the status of number 1 Kinsey Tce, the owner of the next door property ( ie CCC the owner of the Road ) can legally cut off any growth, particularly if it’s endangering people or vehicles.
