Operating car sales business from residential property. 4 cars on display, one on road. No registration plates. This is one of two such businesses plus an airB&B house within 100m of our residential property so it’s getting a little silly now. I believe this contravenes both district plan rules for home occupations (retailing from a residence) and the Council’s traffic and parking bylaw 2017
