This is a daily occurrence outside of the school. Parents parking on the yellow lines on selwyn st. Mainly in the afternoon between 2:40pm and 3pm. Makes it extremely difficult to exit Rosebery St safely. Also makes it unsafe for the children crossing the intersection of Rosebery and selwyn.
