The reporter’s words

Hi. These photos on Evans Pass Road show the gutters blocked with pine needles. When we get heavy rain, the needles will create a flood hazard on both sides of the road. The left side gutter going downhill leads to a drain which clogs easily and the storm water drains instead through the adjoining property. On the other side of the road the large grate often gets blocked with needles, causing water to stream across the road, compounding the flooding risk to downhill properties. Thanks.
