The reporter’s words
HEB construction recently relaid footpaths on Bainton street. However, they have left bitumen, asphalt, and aggregate in the curb and channel. I have contacted them directly and they said they would send a sweeper truck. However, they have not. Could we please have a clean up crew return to site to avoid potential contamination as this waste will enter our waterways through the sumps in the next rainfall.
