The reporter’s words

Would it be possible to top or prune the pittosporum (not the kowhai or cabbage trees) on our boundary to improve sunlight into our property please? The trees are in Radley Playground park. We don't want them removed but they have gotten very tall and are blocking a lot of sun at the moment Thanks!
