Significant TRIP HAZARD!! A large number of people walk their dogs round this are - and this TRIP HAZARD is an accident waiting to happen!! Broken bones and bruises will be the least of the poor person's worried who TRIP HERE!! This is the 3rd report about this - please DO SOMETHING before someone is HURT!
