The reporter’s words

It's absolutely pissing with rain and the dog across the road is barking whenever they hear a person or a slamming car door. His owners never seem to be home and never walk him and don't even seem to care if he's wet and miserable. My bedroom window looks over at the gate directly, so the barking noise is always pointed at me, I feel kinda targeted honestly
