The reporter’s words

Blocked storm water drain. This was reported a year ago and hasn't been fixed. A Higgins contractor looked down the drain a few weeks ago but did nothing to fix it. Please let me know what the status of this drain is? Is it a blockage or something structural? Will it be fixed?
