Not sure what is happening drainage wise this side of Mokihi Gardens. It used to be the whole of Mokihi Gardens and it would drain quickly.Now it's just this side.Its really deep. Is it down to the trees which are bigger and different type than the other side? The roots are getting bigger,often the footpath needs repair and leaf fall much greater.
