About 1 month ago 5 gentleman works from the council came around to our Philippe reserve and told us the local residents that they were digging up this patch of garden and replanting with more appropriate plantings!! Haven’t seen them since?? And is now overgrown with weeds… many people in this area try and keep it tidy as it’s a gathering place for children with feeding the ducks etc dog walkers …. Please don’t promise something and not return? It is now becoming an overgrown mess…. Robyn
