The reporter’s words
The clock on the Clocktower at Scarborough has been stopped for months. This is disgraceful as this is the foremost heritage structure in Sumner.Al beachgoers are repeatedly reminded that the Council has given no priority to fixing the clock. Please can we have a date when it will be working again.
