The reporter’s words
This specific gutter drain is blocked. After any reasonable amount of rain falls it backs up. It has been cleaned of leaves since last rain but still is blocked. Suspect blocked further down the drain. But when it does this it backs up my down-pipe drains and they overflow at the house. Thanks
