The reporter’s words
Our dog got attacked by a brown and black long haired Collie type breed close to the yacht club assess road along the stop bank this evening around 4pm. Dog was unsupervised and latched onto our dogs neck and wouldn't leave us alone as we tried to walk away. Based off the community page comments in Kainga this is a well known dog who lives in Stewart's gully causing issues and has attacked other dogs walking along the stop bank. There has been comments that two dogs have previously been involved
