The reporter’s words

Hello! Cars park here all the time. Up on the footpath which blocks access, it’s also right on the dip where you need to cross with a pram or mobility scooter so it makes access to the bridge impossible. If someone with wheels come across this they have to go back to another dip in the sidewalk to cross the road, on the other side is no footpath just mud. A mobility scooter would find this very difficult if they got stuck. The council need to put yellow lines on this strip of road
