The reporter’s words

Crossing this foot bridge this morning early. Nearly slipped on a wide patch of ice. Heavy frost overnight with a lot of rain yesterday afternoon. The ice was directly under the drip line of the tree adjacent to the bridge. I believe cutting that tree back will eliminate the problem. By the way awesome work recently done around that bridge to clear grasses and foliage that was causing a trip hazard.
