At about 301 Port Hills Rd there’s a man living in a tent on the side of the road. He’s been there for a few weeks now and my husband saw him peeing on the fence (where is he doing Number Twos?!) while driving past and I thought this is not right. Not to mention, it’s a very busy road, he could get hit by a vehicle pulling onto the verge, especially at night. He drinks wine in broad daylight too and needs to be moved on…
