The reporter’s words
CCC property (City Care contract area) On the property of 2 Borthwick Street, on the corner of Borthwick St and Dallimore Drive the council planting has many dead plants (Hebe & Flax) due to waterlogged area during construction and overgrown Toi Toi bushes. Can these please either be re-instated to the standard in attached photo. Or Removal of dead plants, tidied up with new landscape bark. Many thanks :)
