The reporter’s words
This is a road safety issue. Cars are being parked consistently on the bend of the road, this pushes cars to the centre line as they proceed uphill and around the bend. The vehicles coming downhill are forced to do the same because of legal parking on their side- this brings both cars heading uphill and those heading downhill on a collision course. The cars parked on the bend also block the view of cars approaching the bend and cannot make adjustments for any oncoming traffic as it is unseen.
