I've noticed the access chain has been modified, including a D shackle U loop which can be easily undone to provide access. The chain now touches the accessway, making it easier for vehicles/motorcycles to get in. Wanted to ensure it was a Council modification and not someone random (noting there are locals on Ascot Ave that regularly drive in from another point to access wood!)
