Reported Saturday, 27 September 2025 at 7:01 am, 194R Gardiners Road, Harewood, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Construction work started at 6.30am. Pouring concrete and sounding of truck horns. When I went outside and mentioned that construction works aren't supposed to start until 7am, one of the contractors told me to "fuck off"
