The reporter’s words
Shrubs on our fence line have been deliberately sprayed with a herbicide- note spray pattern on grass which indicates the direction of spraying ie from our neighbour. This is not an overspray issue as they would have had to spray from over the top of their fence. So a malicious act of vandalism.
